If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

III. Information on data processing

Your data processed when you use our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal storage obligations and no other information on individual processing methods is provided below.

Server data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, so-called server log data is transmitted by your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider. These contain:

Privacy policy for the Facebook page of LCOY Germany

LCOY Deutschland uses the technical platform and services of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland for the information service offered here.

Please note that you use this Facebook page and its functions at your own responsibility. This applies in particular to the use of the interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating).

When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook records, among other things, your IP address and other information that is available on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the Facebook pages, with statistical information about the use of the Facebook page. Facebook provides more information on this here.

The data collected about you in this context will be processed by Facebook Ltd. and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Facebook describes in general terms what information Facebook receives and how it is used in its data use guidelines. There you will also find information on how to contact Facebook and on the settings for advertisements. The complete Facebook data usage guidelines can be found here.

The manner in which Facebook uses the data from visits to Facebook pages for its own purposes, the extent to which activities on the Facebook page are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties is not conclusively and clearly stated by Facebook and is not known to us. When you access a Facebook page, the IP address assigned to your end device is transmitted to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymised (in the case of "German" IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also stores information about the end devices of its users* (e.g. as part of the "registration notification" function); this enables Facebook to assign IP addresses to individual users* if necessary. If you are currently logged in to Facebook as a user*, a cookie with your Facebook identification is stored on your terminal device. This enables Facebook to track that you have visited this page and how you have used it. This also applies to all other Facebook pages.

Facebook buttons integrated into websites enable Facebook to record your visits to these websites and assign them to your Facebook profile. This data can be used to offer content or advertising tailored to you. If you want to avoid this, you should log off from Facebook or deactivate the "Stay logged in" function, delete the cookies on your device, close your browser and restart it. This will delete Facebook information that can be used to identify you immediately.

This allows you to use our Facebook page without revealing your Facebook identification. When you access interactive features of the site (Like, Comment, Share, Messages, etc.), a Facebook login screen will appear. Once you have logged in, you will be recognisable to Facebook as a specific user.

Information on how to manage or delete the information about you can be found on these Facebook support pages.
